Do you provide samples?
On all orders (no exceptions!) we produce a virtual sample, prepared by our professional graphics team – together with all of your order details and for no extra charge! Imagine that. In any case. As for a physical sample, depending on the printing technique and type of artwork, they can either prove super simple, or quite the opposite, complicated and costly to produce. Upon request we will always try to create a physical sample but sometimes it is just not possible. Sorry about that. If you want to find out more about producing a printed sample, our advisers are always ready to lend a listening ear to help you evaluate your options.
How do I get a quote?
At printfourless, as part of our promise to provide you with the very best customer service, we want you to be able to receive a quote of your preferred method. You can fill out our easy to use and interactive online quote form, call us on the telephone, get a hold of us on our live chat, fire us an email or even send an sms text (expect delays with the latter). Whatever way you decide to contact us, rest assured we’ll get back to you quickly with a quote and loads of advice.
Can I provide my own garments?
We provide print only services with a minimum order volume of 50 units. However, for quality control reasons, the garments need to be brand new, unused and 100% cotton preferably. We can always check with you about the material to make sure it goes well with the printing technique that suits you best. If you prefer to give us a phone call then one of our advisers can guide you, offer consultation and, ultimately, an immediate quote.
How long until I receive a quote?
We understand that you need answers and we’re here to give them to you promptly. If you prefer to give us a phone call then one of our advisers can offer you advice, consultation and, ultimately, a quote immediately. If you fill out our online quote form or email us, then it shouldn’t take longer than an hour until one of our advisers has addressed your needs and replied with some answers.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turn around time is 5 to 10 business days, but if that’s not fast enough for you, in most cases we can provide an express service which involves a turn around time of 2 to 3 days (sometimes even sooner depending on your order details). If your stated deadline is within four days, our advice team will be in contact within minutes to discuss and advise you on your specific situation.
Can you deliver my order at a specific time?
We wish we could, but unfortunately, it is not possible for us to guarantee a specific delivery time. But we can certainly place your order on a standard pre 12pm, pre 5pm, pre 10:30pm, ranging from Monday to Friday or Saturday delivery pre 12 pm.
Do I have to be present to sign for the package?
Yes. To make sure your package arrives safely we use courier services in the UK and internationally such as UPS, FedEx, TNT, among others, which will always require a signature. Don’t worry though, we’ll inform you of the delivery date with plenty of time in advance so you can make the necessary arrangements. We also send an ‘order dispatched’ confirmation email the day before delivery.
Do you supply blank garments?
We sure do – and at great prices we’re delighted to add. Just let us know in the details section of our quote form.
Where can I find such or such product in your catalogue?
Loads of factors constantly combine to affect the quality of our printed products, for this reason we handpick all of our garments from the thousands of different options available. This is an important facet of the process, as we only want to provide you with the best solutions. This means that from those options offered by our providers we also have access to tons of other bespoke products – like scarves, tea towels, bathrobes, workwear and even underwear – which we don’t show in our catalogue because we like to address requests for these items in a more personalised manner. So, if you can’t find the product you want, contact our advice team and let them try and find it for you.
